A lovely day out in the West Sussex Countryside, north-east of Chichester.
Due to a Dog Show in Boxgrove, we started and ended our walk at the Anglesey Arms, Halnaker. First we headed out towards Halnaker Windmill, pausing to enjoy and photograph the Halnaker Tunnel. Then we headed up the hill to Halnaker Windmill. Whilst it was a lovely day, it was a creative challenge to find some interesting images up there (too calm and beautiful).
On the way down the hill we paused again in the Halnaker Tunnel, and some spotted Red Kites swooping around in a field next to the tunnel. everyone had something to photograph. On the way to Boxgrove Church and Priory we had a refreshment stop back at the Anglesey Arms and then off to Boxgrove Church and Priory. Both were pretty, inside and out, but we had to be creative again, to get some interesting images.
We returned via Boxgrove Village hall to our cars at the Anglesey Arms. A good day out with great company. Here are some of our images (click on them to make them larger).
