3rd Print Merit Competition – Judge Vince Knight
At extremely short notice we had a guest judge for our 3rd Print Competition, when our Club Secretary Vince Knight, stepped in and judged this competition.
As this was a Merit competition the images were submitted under three categories of photographer – Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. We had a total of 39 Prints (Beginners 6, Intermediate 15 and Advanced 18). The standard of entries was up another notch. Vince gave a lot of feedback on each entry, before scoring them.
Following the judging in each class Vince selected the Class winner. The three class winners went forward for the ‘Best in Competition’, which went to Nick Beardmore’s image “Millennium Bridge”.
