Our traditional visit to Petworth Park for the Fallow Deer Stags Rutting took place on Sunday.
The weather at the start was simply stunning. There was a lovely low mist and the Autumn sun being low created beautiful light. Even the drive to Petworth was breath taking and it was difficult not to stop en route to take photos.
Having arrived the welcomes were short as the early arrivals headed immediately for the ponds to capture the best of the light. To be fair, everyone went to the Ponds first and then moved onto the deer in the Park. Whilst few in number, evereyone seemed to have a great time with their photography.
