Outing: Bosham

Bosham harbour is nestled on the shores of Chichester Harbour and offers a perfect setting for a relaxed outing. With its charming tidal waterfront, historic cottages, and sweeping coastal views.
The village is steeped in history, most notably through the beautiful Holy Trinity Church, parts of which date back over a thousand years and are thought to be depicted in the Bayeux Tapestry. High tide will be at 10:52 and brings the water right up to the edge of the village, creating striking photographic opportunities.
Members are encouraged to explore the quay, wander the narrow lanes, and take in views across the harbour toward Chichester Harbour. Wildlife, boats, and coastal light all combine to make this a rewarding location for a variety of styles and interests.
Please be mindful of tide times and appropriate footwear, as some areas may become wet or slippery.
We look forward to an enjoyable and creative visit in this uniquely atmospheric location.
